Student A – “I’ve been meditating for three weeks, it helps you to be calm, it soothes your body from everything else around you.”
Student B – “I’ve been doing meditation for three weeks now. It calms you down, it’s relaxing, it gets you ready for class.”
Student C – “I’ve been meditating for two weeks, it makes you stop thinking about your problems in the outside world.”
